Rabac doesn’t get as hot as Greece or southern Spain,
sharing a climate more like northern Italy. July and
August can obviously be warm but generally the climate
is just a few degrees up from whatever it’s like at the
time in the UK.
Temperatures either side of the peak summer months
should average out nicely into the 20s and May, June and
September usually offer all the facilities of the town
(fully open restaurants, a mini-train along the
promenade, souvenir stalls, wide variety of boat trips
etc) without excessive heat. Autumn offers spectacular
colour changes and a trip further afield to the Plitvice
lakes would be rewarded with a memorable day. |
