Prices vary from 203 kuna per night to 504
kuna per night for the apartment depending
on the time of year and the number of people
staying.
The Croatian kuna is based on the euro and
as this is fluctuating any prices quoted on
this website in pounds sterling are
approximate.

Please note - For rentals of less than three
days the prices increase by 30%
As a matter of interest prices are fixed and
regulated by the Croatian Tourist Authority
according to the size and standard of the
apartment.
Included in the rental of the apartment are
cooking facilities, fridge, TV, kitchenware,
clean linen and towels, basic electricity*,
water and final cleaning costs.
*If the heating is used there is an
additional charge of 35.00 Kuna per day.
Upon arrival, Danijela will provide you with
the keys and accompany you to the apartment.
She will show you where everything is and
how it works. During your stay, if you have
any questions or problems, Danijela will be
contactable, either in her office or by
telephone during office hours.
RESIDENCE TAX
It is obligatory in Croatia for all tourists
to register with the local authority at a
cost of 7 Kuna per person per day (70p).
Children 12-18 pay 3.50 Kuna (35p) -
under-12s are free.
For the service of registering the Residence
Tax the Agency require a one-off payment of
21,00 kuna (£2.10) per person.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
You can arrive anytime between 2pm and 8pm.
You must leave the apartment by 10am on the
final day. Any extension of departure time
will be charged at 50% of the daily rate.
A refundable deposit of 50 Euros is required
for the safe return of the keys at the end
of your stay.
