HOW TO BOOK

The apartment is managed by English speaking staff at a local Tourist Agency, AD MAJORA.

Ad Majora has two offices, one in the town of Labin and one office in nearby Rabac, where the apartment is located.

Danijela will be able to confirm availability and prices and answer all questions you may have regarding payment and deposit.

Should you decide to visit, Danijela will register you with the local authorities (for details please see Price List). She will give you the keys and accompany you to the apartment. During your stay, Danijela will be available during office hours to answer your questions and deal with any problems relating to your stay in the apartment.

Arrival at the apartment can take place between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. The apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure – any extension to the departure time will be charged at an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate.

A refundable deposit of 50 euros will be required for the keys to the apartment.
